Reservations

Para confirmar una reservación, el cliente deberá:

Payments

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing at hola@insidemexico.tours. Policies may vary depending on the tour booked. In general terms:

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for partial or full refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.
  • In case of extreme weather conditions or force majeure, rescheduling or credit for future use may be offered.

Refund times will depend on the payment method used.

Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

Arrive punctually at the meeting point
Follow the instructions of the guide or coordinator
Have valid immigration documentation
Inform in advance of any relevant medical conditions

Inside México Tours will not be responsible for losses resulting from the client’s non-compliance.

Limitation of Liability

Inside México Tours acts as an intermediary with operators, guides, and tourism providers. It will not be responsible for: Acts or omissions of third parties Personal losses during voluntary activities Delays caused by external factors Force majeure, natural disasters, or government decisions The client participates at their own risk.

Itinerary changes

Inside México Tours se reserva el derecho de modificar itinerarios por razones operativas, climáticas o de seguridad, garantizando siempre alternativas razonables.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and design, is the property of Inside México Tours and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
