Cancellations in advance

If you need to cancel your tour, you can do so without penalty as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.

In these cases, you can choose between:

A full refund of the amount paid
Rescheduling your experience at no additional cost (subject to availability)

Last-minute cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund, as they involve operational, logistical costs, and previously confirmed bookings.

However, in some cases, we may offer:

Partial rescheduling (subject to availability)
Credit for a future experience

Date changes

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you wish to change the date of your tour:

You can do so free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Changes made with less notice will be subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Cancellations by Inside México Tours

In case Inside México Tours has to cancel an experience due to external reasons (weather, security, operational causes, or force majeure), the following will be offered:

Free rescheduling, or
Full refund
